Punk*Monk
The name Punk*Monk came from the girls' desire to listen to Punk and my desire to listen to Thelonius Monk.
I have collected objects my whole life not knowing why, but finding many things interesting.

Punk*Monk classes for Teens are afternoons full of fun! The classes include drawing from still life or model, a snack, herbal tea and lots of music. The curriculum is customized for each group but always includes real techniques in drawing. The teens are very supportive of each other and share ideas. The level of work is amazing especially for the teens that come year round. The classes are ongoing, so for those who can only come for a few weeks at a time, there's no gap in learning. Classes are two hours in length @ $25 each including tax. All supplies are included.

with Laura and Alex. These two friends from KCVI came for class each week for three years! They've both moved on, and have since graduated from university. I so enjoyed seeing their talents grow and develop.
